Zoolights...

After picking up Diane from the airport we headed back to the apartment, ate and then went to the Washington Museum of History to see an exhibit about quilting. The Museum was pretty cool it was too bad we didn't have more time to check it out. We then used my new GPS to get us to the 20th anniversary Zoolights display at the Zoo. There were over 1/2 million lights.

At the beginning they have a display set up for people to get their pictures taken. We were hoping to use it for our Christmas Picture, but it was too busy... so you will have to enjoy it here!

Corey's favorite animal is the Tiger! This display had the Tiger outlined (so in the dark one could only see the outline and the eyes), of course with my flash you can see all of the tiger. It was neat that the animal light displays were all located by the respective animal houses. We will need to come back sometime during the daytime to actually see the animals! We were able to go into the aquarium which was pretty neat. It had several displays of different water habitats found on Puget sound.

This tree was covered with thousands of LED lights. It was neat because with all of the lights the tree was almost invisible underneath.

Several displays were found throughout the zoo mostly with animals involved. This is a pic of the center part. You can see a rainbow, bridge and Mt Rainier in the background. It was neat!
